Breakthrough innovation requires intelligence beyond just minds and machines thinking harder

“The intellect has little to do on the road to discovery. There comes a leap in consciousness, call it intuition or what you will, and the solution comes to you and you don’t know why or how”

— Albert Einstein

Our insight labs amplify dimensions of intelligence beyond the intellect, so that teams can spark breakthroughs.

Research has identified multiple dimensions of intelligence

Individuals and collectives function more wisely when multiple modes of knowing such as cognitive, emotional, somatic, and intuitive are consciously activated and integrated.

We investigate how to activate these using amplifiers

Multiple dimensions of intelligence appear to be enhanced through structured practices and ceremonial amplifiers such as sound, breath, psilocybin, movement, rituals, nature immersion and silence. Field experiments suggest that these modalities help individuals and groups access deeper coherence, attunement, and insight,

The resulting innovations have begun implementation at startups and major corporations.

Example: A novel organizational structure

The RCO organisational design was revealed during one of our early insight labs where psilocybin was used as an amplifier. The Regenerative Community Organism (RCO) is a purpose-driven organisational design that has now been adopted in Sweden and is in the process of being implemented across big well-known businesses.

The 2025 Colorado lab

At the Colorado lab a group of business leaders explored the idea of what business wants to become and how humans can relate to it more regeneratively. Guided somatic, emotional, and intuitive practices as well as psilocybin were used as amplifiers. In-depth research was data collected from 10 participants over a three-month follow-up.

The 3 month follow up results were promising

  • 50% of participants reported that their business insights were breakthroughs; all participants reported at least 8/10 in impact.

  • 90% of participants rated the emotional and somatic dimensions of their insights as at least as important as the cognitive dimension.

  • 90% of participants rated the source of their insights as arising from the group or something beyond themselves at least as much as from the individual self.

  • ‘World-class’ NPS scores when rated by standard benchmark (≥70)
