Example: A novel organizational structure
The RCO organisational design was revealed during one of our early insight labs using amplifiers. The Regenerative Community Organism (RCO) is a purpose-driven organisational design that has now been adopted in Sweden and is in the process of being implemented across large corporations.
Case study tracking results over 3 months
At the Colorado lab a group of business leaders explored the idea of what business wants to become and how humans can relate to it more regeneratively. Guided somatic, emotional, and intuitive practices as well as psilocybin were used as amplifiers. In-depth research was data collected from 10 participants over a three-month follow-up.
50% of participants reported that their business insights were breakthroughs; all participants reported at least 8/10 in impact.
90% of participants rated the emotional and somatic dimensions of their insights as at least as important as the cognitive dimension.
